Position Summary

The Resident Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a seamless living experience through effective complaint resolution, maintenance coordination, community engagement, and maintenance fee recovery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between residents and the management team.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.
  • Address resident concerns, inquiries, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Receive, track, and resolve resident complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, technical staff, and vendors.
  • Ensure proper functioning of common areas, lifts, water systems, lighting, and amenities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and identify areas requiring attention.
  • Monitor maintenance billing and collections.
  • Follow up with residents regarding outstanding maintenance dues.
  • Maintain accurate collection records and generate recovery reports.
  • Plan and organize festivals, cultural events, resident meetups, and community activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor arrangements, and resident participation.
  • Promote community involvement and strengthen resident engagement.
  • Gather feedback and implement initiatives to improve community life.
  • Maintain resident databases, records, and communication logs.
  • Prepare monthly reports on complaints, maintenance activities, collections, and resident feedback.
  • Assist management in implementing community policies and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with society guidelines and community standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer relations, society management, facility management, hospitality, or community management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.

  • Experience in residential apartment or township management.
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations and collection processes.
