Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and field activities.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential units.
• Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and booking procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Coordinate with banks, channel partners, and internal teams to facilitate smooth sales closures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
• Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns organized by the company.
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, insurance sales, banking sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
